The ultimate in barefoot! The KSO has become the most successful barefoot shoe due to its comfort and versatility. It has a thin, abrasion-resistant stretch nylon and breathable mesh upper that wraps your entire foot to "Keep Stuff Out".
The single hook-and-loop closure helps secure the fit, and a non-marking 3.5mm Vibram outersole is razor-siped (scratched) to provide a sure grip. There's also a 2mm EVA insole to provide comfort and protection. Wearing these certainly gets the feet moving, awakening all the tendons and strengthening the feet.
Initially it's a work out for the feet and you need to ease into it gently, but longterm the payoff is stronger feet and better posture. We strongly recommend you get used to them walking first before considering taking them on a run, we've heard of the odd person who's gone out and run 10K on the first use, full of enthusiasm, only to come back with a stress fracture!
