I bought road and trail shoes after a telephone consultation. I sent photos and videos of my running shoes using whatsapp in advance which was straightforward. Michelle was knowledgeable about the various brands and the differences between them, allowing me to make an informed choice and the shoes arrived by post. All very easy and the shoes are a great fit.

I love Run and Become. Since they set me up with a pair of Brooks running shoes many years ago, I have never had any ankle or knee problems. So I just go back to Run and Become to buy the lastest Brooks shoes whenever I need a new pair. I don't live in London. But I do visit the shop whenever I can, and love the history and ethos. And the mail order channel works extremely well indeed. Thank you.

I have been going to this store for gait analysis for 4 years, I got my first running shoes with them. I’ve always had a first class experience with all the advisors and since then I will not got anywhere else.

The staff member looking after me couldn't have been more helpful, they took time to listen as well as look at how I run, they gave me a great choice of shoes to try. (They didn't try to sell me the most expensive pair either!) And now I think of it, 'natural' gait anaylsis is much better for someone like me who runs outdoors than a treadmill. I'll be coming back here in the future for sure.
