A liquid electrolyte concentrate, contains all four key electrolytes - Sodium, Magnesium, Chloride and Potassium in an ionically charged form easily assimilated by the body. Add it to water or other drink or food for optimal hydration. This will help to prevent dehydration, muscle cramps and loss of energy during exercise and aid a faster recovery. Adding Elete reduces the volume of water needed to drink by 40%. Take it before the race with your carbohydrates, during with your water or after with your protein drink.

It's 100% pure and natural (from the Great Salt Lake in USA) with no additional sugars, flavourings or preservatives and contains 60 other trace and ultra trace naturally occuring elements. This pocket-size packaging is great for ultra races, multi-days, long traing runs or when you're traveling.
