Mobility Exercises: These exercises are designed to enhance flexibility, reduce stiffness and improve range of motion. They are beneficial for runners of all levels and can help prevent injuries.

Running Drills for Low Impact and Energy Efficiency: Improve your running technique to make it more low-impact and energy-efficient, and thus enhance performance.


Come and join our free class with Chi Running instructor Balavan Thomas. These mobility exercises and running drills are accessible to all levels from beginner to elite. All runners are welcome.

Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat for the workshop.
