Description
This new version of Adidas' middle distance track spike, Adizero Ambition, features an upgraded feather-light Celermesh enginniered upper with a locked-down fit to offer you breathability and a perfect fit and grip on the track.
Details
The re-desined Celermesh enginniered mesh upper is super lightweight with enhanced perspiration managemet to keep your feet cool. This upper is not just super light and breathable, the internal fit system of the Celermesh upper hugs your foot and helps you navigate the bends of the track without any loss of energy and power.
Ambition's unique 4 pin spike plate system, built specifically for middle distance running, is very lightweight and gives a superior track grip.
The Ambition is suitable for 800m, 1,500m, 1 mile, 3,000m and 2 mile distances.
A set of replaceable 6mm spikes and a spike key are included.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
