The Adidas Adizero Avanti is an excellent middle to long distance track running spike, designed to deliver you the power you need for training and competition. The Adidas Boost is a highly responsive cushioning, positioned in the midsole, and offers you protection on the longer distance races plus energy return, so it complements and maximises the power you're putting into each stride.

The Boost midsole provides supberb cushioning, meaning your legs are better protected during 5,000 and 10,000 meter races. At the same time, the propulsion aspect of this Boost cushioning helps you maintain your speed and enhances it, whther you're using the spike for 10,000m or blasting through a 1500m race.
The new Primeweave engineered mesh upper enhances breathability, is made of a lightweight, stretchy material which adapts to your foot and also provides structure and support which are so crucial for the bends.
Avanti's unique integrated plate, with 4 pins spikes, provides excellent track grip, thus promising you a fast and explosive run.
Super lightweight at 138g, the Avanti is an excellent long distance running spike with springy cushioning like no other.
Recommended for 1500m to 10,000m.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
