Midsole:
The new FF Blast + ECO midsole offers a premium cushioned experience with enhanced comfort. It features a 2mm higher stack height while maintaining the same weight, providing a softer ride. It is also sustainable thanks to its 24% bio-based content. The inclusion of Pure Gel™ in the heel ensures superior shock absorption, being 65% softer than Asics's traditional visible gel. This combination of innovative materials and design offers an exceptional running experience.
Outersole:
The combination of durable AHAR (ASICS High Abrasion Rubber) and ASICSGrip rubber in strategic areas of the outsole is designed to enhance both traction and durability. AHAR is known for its excellent wear resistance, making it ideal for high-impact zones, while ASICSGrip offers superior grip on various road surfaces, ensuring better traction during your movement.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
