The Brooks Caldera 8 trail running shoe, with its specific women’s fit, offers premium cushioning and nice updates to enhance your comfort on challenging off-road terrains. Engineered for adventure, there’s a soft DNA LOFT v3 midsole with raised sidewalls, an improved advanced-grip outsole, and a new quick-dry upper, delivering reliable stability and comfort over any distance on rugged trails.

Upper:

The upgraded Air Mesh upper, featuring a breathable TPEE top layer, delivers superior ventilation and quick-drying performance, ensuring a secure fit and exceptional comfort throughout your runs. Additionally, the padded, perforated tongue provides a secure structure, keeping your foot locked in place while maximising comfort. The toecap has been reinforced to provide protection for your feet against hard stones and rocks.

Midsole:

The Nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 is Brook’s premium midsole foam, which provides a plush and responsive ride, making it ideal for long-distance trail running. This innovative cushioning system offers excellent protection against rough terrain, ensuring a comfortable experience even on challenging paths. With its high stack height, the Caldera 8 is designed to absorb impact, while the raised sidewall and widened platform keep your feet stable on uneven ground.

Outersole:

The added flex grooves in the outsole are designed to enhance stability and grip, especially when traversing uneven or rough terrain. By allowing the outsole to flex and adapt to the surface, these grooves help to absorb shock and reduce the risk of slipping.
