Description
If you don’t get on with strong tasting, concentrated gels you will like the light, refreshing taste of High5 Aqua Gel. It is made using real fruit juices and because of the increased water content it tastes more like a drink than a gel. As it's already diluted there is no need to drink extra water along with the gel. Take up to 2 sachets per hour depending on the intensity of your session or run. Naturally the increased water content makes these gels a bit heavier and bulkier compared with their non-isotonic counterparts so you need to take that into consideration when preparing your kit for your longer run or a race.
