These supports are seamlessly integrated so the bra is supremely comfortable and you'd be happy in it all day. This is medium support sports bra, ideal for gym, cycling, pilates, yoga, etc. It can be worn for running but if you're looking for ultimate support for high intensity exercise, consider the Maaree Solidarity bra

- Use a fabric bag when machine washing for protection and to extend the life of your bra
- Machine wash below 40°C
- Do not bleach
