Description
Nike's super-lightweight Long Jump spikes have additional cushioning and stability to give you speed. A breathable upper with a lockdown strap at the forefoot provides secure fit at take-off. The additional traction on the outsole allows you to stay upright over multiple surfaces.
Details
The sturdy carbon-fibre plate and underfoot flex grooves are on a wider platform, delivering energetic propulsion for your fastest speed. The additional traction on the outsole helps you to stay upright in various surfaces and conditions.
The breathable upper is shrouded to keep out sand. Combined with the the laces for a personalised adjustment, this provides a supportive and snug-fitting jump spike.
The secure fit is also enhanced by an adjustable cross-strap. A sharkskin heel pattern offers your feet a secure hold on different terrains. The added foam in the heel counter has been moulded to meet the specific needs of long jump athletes.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
