JOIN NOWMore recycled materials have been used to produce Saucony's popular anti-pronation road running shoe, the Guide 15, to support the environment. The new HOLLOW-TECH system, the lighter upper and the softer cushioning hold your feet in 360 degrees of comfort.
The improved PWRRUN midsole offers your feet softer and lighter cushioning for increased comfort. In addition, the modified sock-liner assures a bouncy feeling underfoot with each step.
The new revolutionary HOLLOW-TECH guidance system is centred on the medial side of the midsole. Designed to minimise the excessive inward movement of your ankle, it keeps your feet in perfect alignment.
The more flexible forefoot, the upgraded midsole configuration and the 8mm heel drop provide a super smooth ride from your landing point to your toe-off launch.
Saucony is dedicated to help support the environment. In each new edition more recycled materials are used. The new FORMFIT mesh upper, strobal board and sockliner cover are now made 100% from recycled plastic. The breathable and lightweight mesh upper is engineered to hold your feet in 360 degrees of secure comfort. With the improved FORMFIT structure your foot sinks deeper into the shoe instead of sitting on the top, to deliver you a supportive fit.
More rubber has been added on the outersole to prolong the durability of this excellent road running shoe.
Saucony was founded way back in 1898. Since then, they have been loyal to running, continuing to innovate and renew themselves, and to incorporate more sustainable running gear into their range. By 2024 their goal is to use no virgin plastic, and by 2030 to be 100% circular.
Behind their “Run for Good” logo hides a passion for creating the best footwear, while still maintaining their distinguished designs. These are characterised by a use of colour and not being afraid to break the mould.
In their effort to support sustainability, many of their popular running shoes have started using 100% recycled uppers, like their Saucony Endorphin Collection, Triumph, Omni, Kinvara or Excursion. We are excited to see that their road and trail running shoes are moving in the right direction.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
