The luxurious engineered mesh upper is designed for optimal comfort and breathability, ensuring your feet stay dry throughout your run (though it’s not at all waterproof) . Its precise fit conforms to the natural shape of your foot, providing a secure hold that minimises unwanted movement.
Midsole:
The PWRRUN PB foam offers maximum cushioning and exceptional energy return, ensuring excellent comfort over any distance. The responsive nature of this foam enhances your quick push-offs, following soft landings. The platform is slightly broader to accommodate a variety of foot types.
Outersole:
The outsole features durable rubber in areas with high wear.

Saucony was founded way back in 1898. Since then, they have been loyal to running, continuing to innovate and renew themselves, and to incorporate more sustainable running gear into their range. By 2024 their goal is to use no virgin plastic, and by 2030 to be 100% circular.
Behind their “Run for Good” logo hides a passion for creating the best footwear, while still maintaining their distinguished designs. These are characterised by a use of colour and not being afraid to break the mould.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
