In Testing

I’ve preferred Ronhill tights over most other brands since I first started running, because of their feeling as close to a ‘second skin’ as possible. These newest Tech Tights feel this exact way, but with even more features.

The deep side-thigh pocket in particular is incredibly convenient for holding my phone, especially where I can quickly reach it to skip a song! I use the back zip pocket to store keys, but it has enough space for an energy gel or two if you’re planning a longer run.

I will most certainly be replacing my current pair of running leggings with these as I begin training for my next marathon.

Verdict

A perfect example of when a classic and minimal design is retained and continues to work as expected. The improvements Ronhill have made to the Tech Tights are subtle but practically valuable. With the additional conveniences of pockets, a drawstring, and an overall stretchy, secure fit, there's no real drawback to these!
