In Testing

Immediately more comfortable and secure than the original Ghost Max, this new addition by Brooks made a noticeable difference to my longer runs. It was the high-stack, plush cushioning that made me feel less tired during a half-marathon training. Additionally, the GlideRoll Rocker technology urged me to strike less with my heel, promoting even weight distribution. I am now planning to use the Ghost Max 2 instead of my usual trainers for longer distances, as the comfort is unparalleled.

For both Brooks loyalists and curious newbies, the Ghost Max 2 is an excellent option if you’re looking for a plush and stable neutral road running shoe. The improvements made in this iteration have overcome the shortcomings of the previous one, with a greater focus on reducing muscle strain and promoting a healthier, softer landing.
