WHAT IS CRAMPFIX?
Crampfix is a supplementary sport food. The all natural, vegan proprietary formula has a specific blend of astringency and pH level that provides reliable and rapid relief from muscle cramps, by quenching neuro-muscular fatigue.
PRODUCT USAGE
Simply drink and/or just swirl inside your mouth and discard. It’s safe to swallow but it's not necessary to be effective. Please note that the taste can be quite strong.
Before
Drink a 1x20ml shot 5 minutes before exercise.
During
Drink 1x20ml shot at first signs of cramping for rapid relief within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
After
Drink 10ml after exercise to prevent post-exercise cramps and reduce muscle tightness. Drink one sachet every 40 to 60 minutes to prevent cramps from returning. Maximum daily intake: 100ml. Maintain usual hydration & energy.
Tips
When using the sachets, you only need to open them slightly, as being a liquid it comes out easily.
