Upper:
The plush Creel jacquard upper is designed with breathable fabric to allow for proper ventilation, keeping your feet cool and comfortable during your runs. The sleek collar construction provides a secure and comfortable fit around the ankle, ensuring stability with every step you take.
The heel-focused Active Foot Frame™ keeps holds your foot securely and offers natural support, whilst allowing for natural movement and flexibility.
The Dual-gusseted tongue provides a plush, secure feel.
Midsole:
The new super-critically foamed EVA midsole provides a plush, bouncy feel underfoot; offering a comfortable and smooth ride. This innovative foam also promotes excellent energy return and absorbs the impact from running on roads.
The MetaRocker™ technology is especially beneficial during the early stages of a run when your muscles are still warming up and getting into their groove. By rocking your feet forward, this technology helps to reduce the amount of energy required to push off and move forward, ultimately making your run feel more natural and effortless.
Outersole:
With a focus on durability and long-lasting performance, the new outsole is designed to withstand high levels of wear and tear.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
