Nutrition is an essential part of every runner's training. A popular choice for many distance runners is a high carbohydrate content in energy gels, energy chews, drinks or bars. These products are designed for easy and quick on-the-go consumption, both in packaging and digestion.

We only stock high quality nutrition that provides the body with slow release energy throughout exercise. Some products have caffeine if that's your preference. High-carbohydrate nutrition is also good for carbo-loading before a race. Electrolytes are important for maintaining hydration. For recovery we have a range of bars and drinks with higher protein content.

Be sure to test your nutrition products in training, to make sure they work for you, that you like the taste and that they suit your digestion. A lot of it is down to personal preference. We stock a wide range of nutrition products in small or individual servings, so it's easier for you to give them a test run.
