JOIN NOWCompression Running Socks & Calf Guards
Version 3 of Compressport's Calf Sleeves introduces extra shock-absorption for ankles, alongside traditional support mechanisms for the entire lower legs.
I suffer from tight calves often (admittedly a lack of stretching!) and the Compressport guards proved a saving grace. I usually find other calf guards far too tight and restrictive, but these are ideal for providing support alongside freedom of movement. Importantly, they don’t slip during my runs and feel equally as seamless when I wear them for recovery post-workout too.
The Compresssport Calf Sleeves target the calves, while also protect against a range of running-related injuries such as; shin splints, Achilles tendon or calf injuries, etc. The high level of support doesn’t feel overwhelming and is sufficiently tight to increase blood flow and reduce fatigue. Worth the investment to prevent common running pains from becoming more serious issues!

Recommended for virtually anything – road running or gym, for longer or shorter distances, for winter and for summer.
Review: Trigger Point MBX Massage Ball
This massage ball is constructed with layers of foam – soft enough for sore muscles. There is a better performance when it is used on hard surfaces.
Review: Feetures Elite Light Cushion Socks
Feetures socks are incredibly supportive and always stay in place. They come in various colours and offer a superb quality feel for the feet.
