The Hoka Challenger is a very comfortable shoe overall. If you are looking for something really cushioned for both trail and on road running, don't go any further as this is the perfect shoe for that. It is a very stable shoe as it has a wide outsole for stability on uneven terrain – it has more cushioning than the previous model.
It has an extended heel pull for ankle stability and a hard-wearing zonal rubber outsole for increased durability. It is very lightweight, which is good for a short or long runs depending on what you are looking for. It's good for drier trail runs and road transitions too.
Overall, after trying out this new version, I can say that I am very happy with this product as I'm not worried about anything when running in these shoes!
