I have seldom been comfortable with the On range for my everyday running, but improvements to the construction of the Cloudsurfer have made a noticeably positive difference. With the Speedboard removed, the shoe is now lighter and more responsive. This felt like a huge relief during my initial trial run because it meant my stride wasn’t feeling restricted. I continue to use the Cloudsurfer on my shorter runs, benefiting from the plush cushioning, and the sequential collapsing action also felt very smooth.
An undeniable improvement to the On running range, particularly for those desiring less weight and more bounce in their everyday training. Modifications made to the midsole particularly allow for the retention of On's classic active cushioning system, whilst simultaneously widening its appeal to a broader variety of runners.
