JOIN NOWMade with latex, these bands range from extra light to extra strong. Handy to carry around and a great addition to have during your workouts.
I love to feel a good burn during my workouts, so for the more challenging movements, I find I would often use the medium and strong bands the most. I would sometimes use the extra-strong band on the lower reps exercises like side to side crab walks – where they provide a great amount of resistance around the ankles. The different variations of bands are a great must-have to every workout. Great for flexibility and mobility exercise too, so you can grade your exercise and if you are finding it difficult, use a less resisting band.
A must-have set to improve your general workouts when you’re training. It’s also great for rehabilitation, easy to use and there's plenty of exercises to find and follow online. The bands are effective for pilates, yoga and other strengthening exercises.

Review: Compeed Blister Pads
Used for long distances to avoid blisters between toes – great with minimalist/barefoot shoes to allow a natural spread of toes. The Silitene material is cool to the touch and thin enough not to intrude or make your shoe feel tighter.
