JOIN NOWMade from 100% natural cork for instant relief, this eco-friendly, multi-use cork massage ball can be used on various body parts to target those knots or on trigger points for RSI (repetitive strain injury). At an ultralight weight of 140g, it’s portable and such great value.
During the testing of the cork massage ball, I had finished a cardio workout with plenty of jumping and dynamic movements to really charge up the muscles. I had invited some rejuvenating sweat, in preceding of the many grunts and squeals that were to come from the massage sequence.
I gathered myself on a mat and placed the ball in various muscles. I immediately channelled inwards and invited some deep breathing and gentle thoughts to mask the glorious pain emerging from my calves and hamstrings.
After just five minutes or about a song worth of stretching, I thought the ball itself rolls very well. It doesn’t catch on my clothes or the mat/floor surface.
Without a shadow of a doubt, the price point and the fact it’s made of out 100% cork material had me sold. I knew it was going to be light and portable to carry around. I’m amazed at the firmness and effective nature that this massage ball has to offer. When compared to other massage balls out there – whether that be rubber, high-density silicone, or foam – this is by far incredibly imperishable. I have three of these: one at work, one at home and one in my bag.
