Adidas’s popular Adizero XCS shoe tackles tough terrain whilst remaining comfortable and breathable throughout long training sessions or cross-country races.
The Adidas Adizero XCS is amongst the most popular cross-country running shoes, advertising optimal grip and moisture management. In trialling a pair, I experienced both these features, and in turn discovered much more to love about the Adizero.
Most obvious was just how lightweight they were, which may not be to everyone’s taste, given the ‘close to ground’ feeling. However, I found that this allowed me to run more naturally, and faster than perhaps in a plusher shoe.
The Adidas Adizero XCS is characterised by its strong grip and lightweight midsole, ideal for cross-country runners requiring a practical and durable shoe. Adidas’s ecological approach is also forward-thinking and adds yet another reason to choose the Adizero XCS for tough, muddy terrain.
